Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quit Now Tool (“the Tool”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

Use of the Tool

• Eligibility: The Tool is available to employees, spouses, and adult dependents (age 18 or older) of organizations that are members of the Wellness Council of Indiana.
• Purpose: The Tool is designed to support employers in implementing tobacco-free policies and to help users quit tobacco use.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
  • Access the Tool through unauthorized means.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Tool.
  • Use the Tool for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Tool is owned by the Wellness Council of Indiana and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Tool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Wellness Council of Indiana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
